Abstract
Deliberations of the joint round-table by St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions and HUMAN BEING journal are published. The subjects covered are: the labourer and his/her place in nowadays Russia; the labour under the framework of media-created information space; labour ethic in modern Russia; contemporary information and communications techniques and new forms of labour management and labour-management relations; the role of trade unions in social and industrial relations management.
