Abstract
Some components of a psychophysiological model describing conscience functions and machinery are presented, voluntary attention being considered as the most important mechanism. It is suggested that the hierarchy of mental description metalevels form a structural basis of conscience machinery. These are various descriptions of the universe that form semantic basis of each metalevel. These descriptions serve to trace the connection between the notions that have not been confronted earlier.
